James Lloyd Thomas is an experienced and accomplished organist, conductor, teacher and examiner. He is currently based and teaching in Dorset, where he is director of music at Holy Trinity Weymouth. His range of experience enables him to offer individually tailored and comprehensive tuition to each of his organ pupils and to help them attain their goals as organists, regardless of age or level. More information on organ tuition can be found in the organ lessons section.
As well as tuition in all technical and musical aspects of playing the organ, James' lessons encompass other important aspects of organ playing including performance, relaxation techniques and biomechanics. Besides offering individual tuition in a range of fields, James is also available for group classes with multiple playing participants and lectures (please contact James to discuss your specific requirements).
